WHAT TO BRING 

On the day of your appointment please bring a hard copy of your referral (if you have one) and any other documentation from your GP or Specialist. This includes any vestibular function testing, neuro-imaging (scan) results or discharge summary from the hospital.

Please download and complete the Dizziness Handicap Inventory and bring to your first appointment.

If possible, it would be advisable to have someone drive you or pick you up from your appointment particularly if you will be receiving a canalithic repositioning manoeuvre for your suspected BPPV.

​

If you have any medication prescribed by your doctor please ensure you have some on hand as well as a bottle of water.
